How To Prevent Stress

In today's modern world, technology has a very important role in our lives, but He also has many side effects,
but behind all that technology also allows us to work faster, smarter.
The downside is that we can get carried away by advanced technology.
Sometimes we try to cram too many things in our lives that cause stress and anxiety that can damage our health.

Maintaining Health and always Thinking Positive
In a fast paced world today, everyone needs to work extra hard to keep up with the demands of life.
However, do not be too carried away by your work. Career is important, but health is the most precious thing in your life.
You must be healthy to be productive in your work. Without health, everything will be destroyed!
We must always do something productive. However, care for themselves in the end the most productive thing you can do.

Regular exercise to prevent Stress
Exercise can help to relieve stress, you can walk in the park and enjoy the fresh air around your home.
We know that we all have very busy work schedule every day.
But we can not ignore sports because our bodies need.
You will feel much healthier and more productive at work if you exercise regularly.
People who take the time to exercise regularly will have lower stress levels.
Also, remember to rest / sleep, at least 6-8 hours in a day and reduce the time to do something at night.

Do not Complain
If you think we are in need then look at the people whose lives are under us, then we will feel that so many of His blessings we have received.

Self Reflection
Self-reflection is very important in life. This allows us to have a better perspective in life.
When you reflect on your life, and concentrate on your life, you will be more likely to actually enjoy your life.
It's easy to let life pass you by, If you do not take time to reflect on it, then you will not be able to evaluate your life's journey

Learn To Handle Stress
Like it or not, stress is part of our lives!
However, the important thing here is your ability to monitor the amount of stress you experience and prevent it.
Therefore, it is very important that you learn how to deal with stress effectively.
Do what you can do to relieve your stress in a healthy way.

Avoid using drugs.
Focus on natural things such as worship and prayer. As long as you do that then peace will always be with you with a positive attitude.
